How to obtain criminal records

A record, is simply put, a bundle of information which has a certain title.
A criminal record, for example, would be a sheet of every felon or accusation that has been made against a person.
That person could be someone very close to you, to your family, a neighbor or someone else.
It doesn't matter, but it only proves why you need to know about criminal records searches.

If you thought, for whatever reason, that obtaining criminal records is impossible, think again.
Some things like jail time fall under "the public's right of knowing", and criminal records are available in Sherif's and Marshall's departments.
The problem is, that much of this information is not available online. At least not in the goverment public records sites.

That why we have public records tools that allows us to lookup records on an instant basis. If you want to know whether it's a scam or not you can

More ways of obtaining a person's info online would be :

a. Using Google or some other search engine. You type in the name you want to know more about, and something might pop.
Don't be afraid to go to what's known as the Google graveyard, pages that aren't the front page of results.

b. Try to use google search to find goverment sites like this command: "criminal records inurl:.gov". (w/o quotes)
This is a limiter of search, a special paramter which is usually known only to people who use the search extensivley. but now
you know it to. You can change the search to criminal records PLUS the name of the state/city/county you were looking for.
You can also search for other typs of records like divorce records.

c. This option requires a hefty sum of money spent on your behalf. It's using a private investigator service that has more advanced tools and manpower
to have a much more complete result that you had.
